Manufacturing in China
There are three kinds of manufacturing to consider, and they each have unique pluses and minuses. Each can be
right for one situation and wrong for another.

In the past, it was a virtual requirement to partner with a Chinese company, forming a Joint Venture (JV). The
most common vehicle now being used by foreign investors to create a manufacturing company in China is the Wholly
