David Lardinais is the President
of
Chinafacturing Solutions.
Mr. Lardinais brings 30 years of successful sales
and business management experience to Chinafacturing Solutions. During his career he has held General Management
as well as Sales and Marketing leadership positions in electronics manufacturing, computer software and service
operations organizations. He has established and led operational and sales activities in Asia, Europe, Australasia
and Latin America.

Through the course of extensive business travel,
hands-on field management and multiple years of living outside the U.S. as an ex-patriate executive, he is highly
experienced in worldwide customs and business practices with particular emphasis in Asia.
Mr. Lardinais studied engineering at the General
Motors Institute, holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Toledo, and has successfully completed a number
of postgraduate academic and technical courses. He currently resides in Brighton, Michigan.

Tim Voortman is the Executive
Director of Chinafacturing Solutions.
Mr. Voortman has enjoyed a successful and diversified
career over the past 20 years and held kep positions in the automotive, electronics, and healthcare industries.
He has specialized in direct and indirect procurement, global supply chain operations and strategic sourcing, executing
strategies for both large and small organizations. Through these leadership roles Tim has built a reputation of
management excellence, technical superiority, and flawless execution.

Tim's successes span across a number of industries. In his most recent role as COO Tim developed fabless manufacturing,
supply chain and operations' strategies for a PE backed spinoff of a major semiconductor company. As Director of
Strategic Sourcing at the BlueCross BlueShield Association Tim had P&L accountability for GPO activities and
lead key sourcing negotiations and engagements. As Director of Procurement and President of Netcom China Tim was
responsible for building the firm's Asian operations and creating a global sourcing organization spanning 3 continents.
Prior leadership positions include directing the Global Sourcing and Program Management efforts at Navistar International,
a multibillion dollar manufacturer of Trucks and Engines in the Automotive industry, and managing the cross border
Manufacturing Operations for John Crane, where Tim had responsibility for supply chain operations including a manufacturing
plant with 200 people in Chihuahua, Mexico and a supply chain and logistics operation in Illinois. Other leadership
positions in finance, planning and distribution round out his professional background.
Tim is a Chartered Financial Analyst with a B.A.
in Mathematics and Economics from Northeastern Illinois University, an M.B.A. in Finance from DePaul University,
a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and a Masters in Engineering Management
from Northwestern University.

Bob Cantarutti is the Managing
Director, Chinafacturing Solutions Consulting Practice
Bob has enjoyed a successful and multi-faceted
career over the past 25+ years in a variety of technology related industries. During that time he has more than
a decade of business experience at senior executive levels in China. He has been leading the way in creating highly
effective operations in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and sales & marketing. Building strategic
relationships with leading technology companies across the global landscape have been his hallmark.
Whether in Silicon Valley start-ups or Fortune 100 corporations, Bob's executive management and leadership skills
have established a reputation based on integrity, intelligence and the delivery of results.

Specific roles have spanned a number of disciplines
and industries. His two most recent corporate positions as President & CEO of an electronics design and manufacturing
firm as well as a software start up in the mobile connectivity market have firmly established his credentials.
Prior positions such as Senior Vice President, Sales, Marketing & Field Operations of an optical technology
firm and Executive Vice President at Nortel Networks responsible for building a multi-billion dollar revenue organization,
have provided the additional experience to address many challenges. Other leadership roles in sales, marketing,
engineering and operations with companies such as Alcatel, DSC and Motorola round out his professional background.

Irina Yan Xiaomin is the General Manager of Chinafacturing Solutions' wholly owned subsidiary
in China: Rocky Mountain Electronics Manufacturing (Tianjin) Co., Ltd.
Ms. Yan brings to Chinafacturing Solutions a diverse
background in information technology (IT) and finance, including project responsibilities at the World Bank Project
Office for the China Construction Bank, as a consultant for American First Security Technology and prior to joining
Chinafacturing Solutions as the in-country manager charged with establishing the China branch of a Singapore-based
e-procurement and supply chain management company.

Ms. Yan is a native of Tianjin, PRC with degrees
in Economics from Tianjin University and an MBA from the National University of Singapore. Her China-based business
experience and local network resources in conjunction with her international education, experience, and fluency
in English bridge the gap between east and west to facilitate our clients' start up and success in China.

Xu Shangwei is the special advisor
to Chinafacturing Solutions in China.
Counselor Xu enjoyed a distinguished career in
the Chinese foreign service spanning 38 years and has been associated with American affairs dating back to his
involvement in the meetings between Chairman Mao and President Nixon in 1972 and with General Alexander Haig's
advance trip. He is the former Senior Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Washington where he served for 15 years
covering three separate assignments.

Counselor Xu currently holds the titles of Executive-member
of the China Association for International Economic Relations, Special Advisor of the Foreign Office of Zhejiang
Provincial Government, Senior Economic Advisor of Tangshan Municipal Government, Advisor of the Guilin Municipal
Government and the Advisor of the Tianjin Dongli District Government.
Counselor Xu formerly represented the Chubb Insurance
Company in their opening of China for underwriting by a foreign company and has represented UPS as an international
advisor in China since 1995. He formerly served as an advisor and consultant to Westinghouse, Tellabs, and the
Asian Pacific Real Estate Company.
Counselor Xu holds degrees in International Relations
and English Literature from the Beijing Foreign Language University.
